Forza Horizon 6 has 8 player houses spread across the Japan map, each with its own passive perk - daily Wheelspins, credit bonuses, Autoshow discounts, extra garage slots, or the Estate building system. One (Mei's House) is free; the rest are unlocked through Discover Japan stamp progression and bought with credits. We drove to all 8 and photographed every house ourselves - two exterior shots and two garage interior shots each, 32 photos in total - so the images below are ours, not press screenshots. Mei's House is your first property in Forza Horizon 6, sitting in southern Ohtani along the main road heading north from Tokyo toward the Horizon Festival. It is free and includes the Wheeler Dealer perk, which unlocks Autoshow car trading, so it is worth claiming the moment it becomes available.
Yashiki House, also known as The Estate, is the cheapest paid property at just 10,000 CR. Its Estate Builder perk unlocks a personal build zone where you can create custom race tracks, drift routes, stunt parks and car meet areas, making it the best-value purchase in the game for anyone who enjoys building.
Minka House sits in a quiet coastal area on the east side of the Ito region and unlocks via the Blue stamp tier. Its Credit Stunts perk adds 10% credits from Horizon Stunt Party events, so it pays for itself quickly if you spend time on jumps and speed traps.
Hakusan Mountain Lodge is set high in the Sotoyama mountains and is one of the best-looking homes in the game. Unlocked at the Pink stamp tier, it is the first property with two perks at once: Cool Credits (+10% from Horizon Life events) and an additional garage display slot.
Fuji Unkai House offers a stunning view of Mount Fuji from the Shimanoyama region and sits in a very central part of the map, making it an excellent main base. Unlocked at the Orange stamp tier, its Career Driver perk grants 10% extra credits whenever you complete Horizon Jobs.
Soko 78 is a warehouse-style property in the Tokyo City docklands, unlocked at the Purple stamp tier. Its Import / Export perk knocks 5% off the price of Autoshow cars, which adds up fast once you are buying vehicles in the 500,000 to 1,000,000 CR range.
Vision House is the final property, gated behind the Gold stamp tier and perched on an Ohtani mountainside overlooking Tokyo City. It carries two perks: Driving With Friends (+10% Skill Score on LINK Skills) and an additional garage display slot. The Gold stamp gate makes it the slowest house to reach.
The Tokyo House is the most expensive property at 3,000,000 CR, but it is free for players who own the VIP or Premium Edition. Located on the south-western edge of Tokyo City, its Daily Wheelspin perk can eventually recover a large portion of the purchase price through lucky rewards, so it is worth investing in early if you can.
